Twitter has gone into meltdown after Dele Ali did this! In the 77th minute of England’s 2-1 world cup qualifier Dele Ali was caught on camera sticking his middle finger up after he was fouled by the scariest man in football Martin Skrtel. Initially it was unclear who the gesture was meant for as it looked like it was aimed at Slovakia midfielder Turpin whom Dele had words with as he was substituted in the 93rd minute. Gareth Southgate in his post match interview told the press that Dele had told him about the incident and that it had been aimed at his ‘mate’ Kyle Walker in a light hearted manner “I don’t know what’s been visible on the picture and what the angle of the picture is. They have a strange way of communicating but that’s what they’ve said when I raised it.” Gareth Southgate Dele later took to twitter to clarify the incident and to apologise for any offense caused. Just to clarify, the gesture tonight was a joke between me and my good friend Kyle Walker! Apologies for any offence caused!
